I’m Monique—Financial strategist, professionally trained life coach, ritual architect, and the founder of Stiletto Trader. I coach women day traders to build elegant, profitable trading businesses rooted in emotional clarity, strategic mastery, and ceremonial discipline.
But this isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
I grew up on Wall Street. Straight out of high school, I joined Merrill Lynch’s operations department, where I spent over three years learning the inner workings of the brokerage world. My father was a VP in operations at Merrill. My mother, an executive assistant at Dean Witter Reynolds. My brothers? They’ve held positions at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Merrill Lynch. The brokerage business isn’t just my background—it’s my bloodline.
And yet, I knew women needed more than strategy. They needed sovereignty. I wanted a place where women could come to and experience the stock market amongst a community of other women day traders. When I started trading years ago and probably like you, attended online trading courses, one thing I wanted to see more of and that is successful women day traders.
I’ve met many women day traders who knew how to trade yet had the desire to have better profitability long term. As I kept hearing this sentiment amongst the day trading community, I decided to put my years of professional life coaching to work and build a top-notch day trader coach program for women.
