I’m Monique — a performance coach for women day traders. I help women build the confidence, emotional regulation, and discipline required to trade consistently and profitably.
My work goes beyond strategy. It transforms the woman behind the strategy — her identity, her nervous system, her confidence, and her ability to execute with certainty.
But this isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
This work is not a skill I learned — it’s a calling I answered. My coaching is grounded in years of experience across career development, wellness, and leadership, and shaped by intensive coach and leadership training through Landmark Education. That training taught me how to work at the deepest level of human performance — identity, emotional regulation, and the internal patterns that determine a woman’s results.
I grew up on Wall Street. Straight out of high school, I entered Merrill Lynch’s operations department, where I spent over three years studying the mechanics, psychology, and discipline behind the brokerage world. My father was a VP in operations at Merrill. My mother supported leadership at Dean Witter Reynolds. My brothers built careers at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Merrill Lynch.
The brokerage business isn’t just my background — it’s my inheritance. It’s the foundation that allows me to coach traders at the deepest level of identity, performance, and emotional regulation.
Trading is not just technical. It’s emotional, psychological, and deeply personal. Your results reflect your identity, your nervous system, and your ability to trust yourself. When you shift the woman behind the strategy, the strategy finally works.
There was a time when women weren’t allowed to trade. A time when women weren’t trusted with money. A time when women — especially women of color — were excluded from the rooms where financial power was built.
And yet here we are.
Women trading.
Women analyzing.
Women building wealth.
Women creating legacy.
Women stepping into financial sovereignty.
Women claiming space in an industry that was never designed for us.
This is why I coach women day traders.
Because every time a woman sits at the charts, she is rewriting history. She is breaking lineage. For some she is becoming the first in her bloodline to hold financial power in her hands. She is stepping into a future her ancestors could not access.
And she deserves support that honors that.
